Tell Mama is stoked to be asked back to Perth’s own chili cook-off challenge.  We will start playing at 9:30am – take a break to taste-test some awesome chili and then get back to it until noon.

The Friends, the Tay Valley Ski Club and the Rideau Trail Association are joining forces to raise funds to help rebuild the bridge across Black Creek on the McParlan House Trail – an important link in all of our programs. We need volunteers to help sell tickets, to help solicit sponsorships, to help collect silent auction items and to run the event on April 15. So, my buddy James and his wife Nathalie have been together for a dog’s age (who knew she could put up with him for so long!) and so they have decided to have a big party to celebrate – guess who’s gonna be playing the tunes!

If you know James, give him a call and tell him I sent you – I’m sure you could bribe him with some beer or rum

Tell Mama is thrilled to be asked to play at LGBT Lanark’s Spring / Summer dance on June 18th at the Perth Civitan hall

Penny will also be spinning some discs as the evening’s dj – so come on out and rock on!

We LOVE playing at Ben’s Pub in Kingston for this monthly event – the crowd is always eager and engaged and everybody seems to leave with a smile on their face

Tell Mama loves playing wedding receptions – lots of love and laughter!  Rob’s wedding reception will be no exception, gonna be a blast

Playing jazz and blues infused folk-funk, Tell Mama has been steadily carving a niche for themselves in Eastern Ontario since 2002.

You will even find some half-decent poetry here and there … Definitely Juno material with not a weak song on the CD. Buy this one while you can.
